Next Generation is about making sure learning disability and autism services are prepared for the future. We want to make sure tomorrow’s leaders have the right skills and knowledge to drive forward change.

The programme is suitable for people already working in learning disability and autism services. You will be in your first leadership role or have the potential to do so. Next Generation will also prepare you to take on a senior leadership role in the next three to five years.

Advocacy Trailblazers is about making sure independent advocacy services are prepared for the future. We want to ensure tomorrow’s leaders have the right skills and knowledge to drive forward change.

The programme is suitable for people already working in independent advocacy services. You will be in your first leadership role or have the potential to do so. Advocacy Trailblazers will also prepare you to take on a senior leadership role in the next three to five years.
