The Preparing for Adulthood programme (PfA) is funded by the Department for Education as part of the delivery support for the SEN and disability reforms
Our Children and Young People’s programme has been designed to ensure that children, young people and families who are most at risk of exclusion have more choice and control over their lives, are included in their local communities and achieve better outcomes.
Our expertise enables organisations in the public and voluntary sectors make best use of resources and develop strong multi agency partnerships to improve life chances and realise the ambitions of the Children & Families and Care Acts.
