Preparing for Adulthood
Focusing on four pathways: employment, independent living, good health, and friends, family and community.
Our Children and Young People’s programme has been designed to ensure that children, young people and families who are most at risk of exclusion have more choice and control over their lives, are included in their local communities and achieve better outcomes.
Our expertise enables organisations in the public and voluntary sectors make best use of resources and develop strong multi agency partnerships to improve life chances and realise the ambitions of the Children & Families and Care Acts.
"NDTi has supported us in a transformational shift of mind set. We start with the insight of desired outcomes for our children and young people through coproduction which allows us to plan effectively and improve delivery."
