Alice joined the NDTi staff team in 2019 and has 20 years of leadership experience in the public and voluntary sector. Alice is passionate about community inclusion and the importance of all work which enables children and young people’s and their families voices to be heard. Her background is in play development and for several years she worked as a strategic commissioner of children services. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator and a champion of mental health and wellbeing,

Lyn is development lead for the Learning Disabilities Programme in NDTi. She has worked in the health and social care sector for most of her professional career and brings a wealth of experience supporting self-advocates and co-design in the sector.

Linda is a teacher by profession and taught across the age range in mainstream and special schools.
