This guest blog explores the importance of inclusion in building strong, diverse communities. The IncludeAge project, led by Professor Judith Sixsmith at the University of Dundee and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, works across the UK (Scotland, England and Wales).
Heléna has a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise on ageing, older people and carers.
