Change that leads to better lives

Community Led Support Spring Festival -Strengths Based Practice being locally driven in South Lanarkshire

Wednesday 17 May 15:30-16:30

Our annual two day spring festival returns for another year on 16 and 17 May. It brings together an exciting range of free, short online opportunities to hear about some of the great work happening across the network.

The series of hour long sessions are open to anyone working in the social care and health sector and will celebrate some of the great local initiatives happening across the Community Led Support network. Each session will demonstrate what is possible, despite the huge pressures across the sector. Attendees will discover a host of ideas and evidence that spotlights the principles of a community focused, strengths-based way of working.

The NDTi Cascade course is an opportunity for staff working in CLS sites to become confident and knowledgeable in delivering the four core CLS workshops locally. South Lanarkshire invested in the Cascade course in 2022; staff from South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership (SLHSCP) talk openly about their experiences becoming Cascaders and how
it is going so far.

All sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams and are free to attend, but advance booking should be made on this form.

For more information and details on the full programme visit the festival web page.
