Do you work with young people aged 14-25 with additional support needs?
Do you help students to navigate their transition to adulthood?
If the answer is yes, these fun interactive online sessions will support your work.
Time to Talk Next Steps Planning Live online sessions are fun and interactive.
For practitioners working in Scotland this service is free due to funding from the Scottish Government as part of Time to Talk Next Steps Scotland
This is a great opportunity to access high quality, engaging transition support.
We will work flexibly to meet the needs of you and your young people, with sessions specifically designed for you and the young people you support.
Planning Live sessions are usually delivered virtually for small groups. Larger taster sessions, for example assemblies can also be organised. Sessions have proven to be highly successful in starting conversations about transition in schools and colleges.
Sessions are up to one hour long and are designed to:
- Be enjoyable and creative.
- Build students’ confidence to communicate about themselves.
- Inspire staff to use person centred planning approaches.
- Provide useful links to transition support.
