We believe that care based on what matters to people is what matters most, and the network is committed to ensuring that personalised care is an everyday reality for everyone using health and care services in England.
The coalition's strategic relationship with NHS England and the Personalised Care Group enables us to work closely together towards our shared goal of personalised care becoming universal across health and social care.
