Change that leads to better lives

Lauren Blood, Research and Evaluation Officer

Lauren Blood

Lauren first joined NDTi in 2020 to co-ordinate the 200 Lives Project, an NIHR-funded research study exploring the quality and cost of supported living and residential care. This involved speaking to over 100 people with learning disabilities about their experiences of housing and support, and what helps them to have a good life.

Lauren is skilled at building up a rapport with people and helping them to tell their stories. She is experienced in qualitative and quantitative methods, with expertise in database management and analysis. She has previously worked as a mental health practitioner and on research projects relating to eating disorders, postnatal depression and student mental health.

Lauren is passionate about co-production, creative methods and research that leads to social change.
