Jane Dalrymple

Jane is a registered social worker, university lecturer, assessor and freelance trainer.

Jane is a registered social worker and practiced as one for over 20 years. She then worked for 16 years as a social work lecturer at the University of the West of England and is now an associate lecturer for the Open University on their social work programme.

She assesses candidates for the National Advocacy Qualification (City and Guilds) for Kate Mercer Training. As a freelance trainer she delivers training when requested in the areas of dementia, advocacy and social work related topics. She is also an NDTi Assessor for the Quality Performance Mark for advocacy services.

In her spare time she is a trained volunteer for the Alzheimers Society and a Dementia Friends Champion and actively involved in improving the lives of people living with dementia in her local area.
