Jane has been part of NDTi for nearly 20 years, first as a board member and now as an associate.
She brings extensive experience from senior roles in government, regulation, academia, and the third sector. Her career has focused on driving system change and improving lives through partnership-building, facilitation, and evaluation.
Jane’s background includes strategic leadership in public health, particularly in HIV and sexual health, and leading policy work on ageing at the Department of Health's London Region and Audit Commission. She also led several influential national studies on what public services could do to prepare for an ageing society, which were a key influence on the then government’s ageing strategy.
At NDTi, Jane’s led a range of development and evaluation projects, including Skills for Care’s Commissioning Now and also contributes to the evaluation of sport for social change initiatives, including the Greater London Authority’s Sport Unites Programme and Premier League’s Primary Stars Programme.
