Di also has significant expertise in personalised and asset-based commissioning approaches and was part of the team who developed the key learning disability and autism policy guidance, Building the right support and the national service model.

Di has effective skills in relationship building, co-production, consultation and stakeholder management as well as wide ranging experience in strategic planning, change management and leadership.

Di is an experienced trainer and facilitator in addition to being a tutor and assessor on the Level 5 Commissioning for Wellbeing qualification.

Outside of work, Di spends a lot of time in her partner’s native Turkey where she passes her days drinking copious amounts of tea and trying to grapple with the intricacies of Turkish grammar!
