She works alongside our Internships Work team to support local authorities and local areas develop and embed supported internships.
Carmel is passionate about developing truly inclusive approaches to recruitment, employment and the development of people so that those often marginalised in the jobs market have a chance to benefit from what employment can bring.
When not at work, Carmel spends time at the gym and enjoys the strong sense of community from everyone trying to get fitter together.
