To mark Autism Acceptance Week, we've produced a series of short films on making reasonable adjustments.
Loren Snow, NDTi Associate and expert by experience, explains the importance of reasonable adjustments when working with autistic people during a Care Treatment Review (CTR).
This series of six short films describes some of the reasonable adjustments that should be considered. Many of them are small changes, at zero or low cost, that make a huge difference to someone's experience during a CTR meeting. The same principles for making reasonable adjustments can be used in other situations to help make the environment more accessible.
