Webinar Video - Creating an accessible application form and associated documents

This webinar is about the results of two surveys regarding the development of an accessible application form for the NHS. One survey was for NHS employers and one was for self-advocates. We drafted the accessible application form in partnership with Camden People First and spokespeople from Mencap.

This webinar aims to:

  • Talk through the main findings from the surveys
  • Briefly describe the changes we made to the documentation following feedback
  • Test out key areas where there have been a range of views
  • Test out some draft recommendations from our work
  • Talk about next steps

The Webinar is led by NDTi Associate Sue Turner alongside Ian Christie from IC Works and Leander Neckles, Lead - Equality and Health Inequalities, NHS England
