Join Madeline and guests in this lunchtime session, sharing some new research the Valuing People Alliance did into social prescribing for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
This project was part of the Valuing People Alliance’s work with the VCSE Health and Wellbeing Alliance. We surveyed and met with people with lived experience, link workers, and community organisations who have sought to include people with learning disabilities and autistic people in social prescribing and community activities.
Find out what we learned about what works well, what the challenges are, and some of the things that can help to ensure that people with learning disabilities and autistic people get the most out of social prescribing.
