We are recruiting a site lead as part of the continued growth of this national programme of change, Community Led Support. The post is based from home with some travel across the UK and likely overnight stays on a regular, but possibly infrequent, basis. Role is full-time with a degree of flexibility in working hours around the needs of the programme.

This role involves taking a lead role in the support we provide, in a number of areas across the UK, in their implementation of Community Led Support. You would represent the team and NDTi, liaising with senior leads in those statutory organisations, agreeing and implementing a plan that delivers the ambitions of CLS and reflects local strengths and priorities.


About you

We would love to hear from you if you have experience of:

  • working at a senior level in adult social care,
  • driving change within communities that strives to improve people’s experience and wellbeing, and
  • have excellent leadership and communication skills,

You must be self-motivated, highly organised and comfortable with working flexibly to include some travel and overnight stays as well as online delivery.
