This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site.

In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means.

The Use of Cookies

We want to make our website as useful and reliable as possible.     Purpose: Allows us to remember the last time you interacted with the site within the current visit
  • Name: exp_last_visit
    Purpose: Allows us to remember the last time you visited the site
  • Name: exp_tracker
    Purpose: Allows us to remember the last 5 pages you viewed

Third Party Cookies

  • Name: Cookies with names prefixed by ‘__utm’
    Purpose: Stores information used by Google Analytics to track user activity on the site.
  • Name: BX
    Purpose: Stores information used by Flickr when displaying photos on the site
  • Name: guest_id
    Purpose: Stores information used by Twitter when displaying tweets on the site
  • Name: VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE
    Purpose: Stores information used by YouTube when embedding videos on the site

HotJar

We use the HotJar customer experience analytics service to help us analyse how visitors use our website.  The HotJar service records, on an anonymous basis, information such as mouse clicks, mouse movements and scrolling activity. We use this information to improve our website, make it more user-friendly and monitor that it is performing correctly. We do not collect or transfer to HotJar, any personally identifiable information. Hotjar does not track or record visitors which have cookies disabled. Visit the HotJar site for more information.

Use of Your Information

We may use the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you.In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • To provide information to you that you request from us relating to our products or services.
  • To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have consented to receive such information.
  • To inform you of any changes to our website, services or goods and products.
  • If you have previously purchased goods or services from us we may provide to you details of similar goods or services, or other goods and services, that you may be interested in.
