Our governance
NDTi registered as an Industrial and Provident Society in 1992 and became a Registered Society in 2014. We are governed by the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) elects a Board of Trustees. The Board is chaired by Dr Donald Macaskill and includes experts by experience.
Day to day management is lead by two Co-Executive Directors, Bill Love and Sally Richens.
