Supporting Commissioners to help people thrive in their communities

We are inviting you to take part in a short project being carried out by the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi). The project is looking at what good commissioning looks like for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, especially when they need flexible, personalised support to live well in their communities.

Taking part is completely voluntary.

Before you decide whether to take part, we want to help you understand what the project is about, why we are doing it, and what taking part would involve. Please read this information carefully and talk it through with someone you trust if that would be helpful. If anything is unclear, we will be happy to answer your questions.
