Advocacy outcomes framework and toolkit

A coproduced framework and toolkit to ensure the voices of disabled and older people are heard.

Understanding and demonstrating the impact of advocacy continues to be a fundamental need in the advocacy sector. The People’s Voice Project, funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, has produced a practical framework and toolkit to support better measurement of advocacy outcomes.

The project brought together evidence, practice insight and lived experience to help services, commissioners and people who use services understand and demonstrate what good looks like and how to measure it.

All resources have been coproduced with people who use services, ensuring they reflect real experiences and priorities.
