A Partnership with Employment is for Everyone

We’re proud to have the Employment is for Everyone (EifE) team be the regional lead for Yorkshire and Humber as part of the national Internships Work programme.

Harry Clarkson, Sally Ferguson-Wormley and the EifE team are working with Local Authorities across Yorkshire and Humber to strengthen and expand supported internship opportunities, ensuring more young people can benefit from tailored support and real-world work experience.

Who is Employment is for Everyone?

Employment is for Everyone is a social movement that takes a collaborative approach to bring together individuals, organisations, and communities to improve employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. The movement is co-produced with experts with lived experience. Their mission is to challenge perceptions, remove barriers, and create inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive. By fostering partnerships and sharing best practices, EifE helps build a future where employment is truly for everyone.
