On 24 April 2026, we hosted a conversation about surveillance in support settings, featuring a panel from Validity, the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN), the British Institute for Human Rights (BIHR), and Human Rights Consortium Scotland.
Together, they brought valuable perspectives to the conversation as we explored the impact of increased surveillance on the lives of disabled people, advocating for human rights and legality to guide the appropriate use of surveillance in these contexts.
