NDTi is a social change organisation with a core staff team, a wider associate community, and a Board that brings strategic oversight and sector expertise. Across NDTi, people bring many forms of knowledge, including professional expertise, lived experience, community insight, relationships and practice wisdom. This mix is central to how we work and what makes us strong.
Our size is part of what makes the role distinctive. The successful candidate will need to operate at a senior strategic level while staying connected to colleagues, associates, partners, delivery and the realities of NDTi’s work.
Purpose of the role
The Co-Executive Director, Growth, Partnerships and Delivery is one of two Co-Executive Directors, jointly responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, performance, culture and resilience of NDTi. Working closely with the Co-Executive Director, People, Assurance and Organisational Health, this role provides leadership for strategic partnerships, income generation, pipeline development, external profile, and delivery quality and coherence.
The role exists to help ensure that NDTi has the relationships, opportunities and sustainability needed to deliver its mission. It will lead the development of purposeful opportunities aligned with NDTi’s values, strategic priorities and commitment to inclusion, voice and system change. A particular focus will be developing larger programmes of work, new commissioned work and strategic partnerships that create security, continuity and impact over time.
NDTi’s strongest programme development is grounded in practice. The postholder will therefore lead or contribute directly to selected funded and project work where this strengthens credibility, relationships, insight and future opportunities.
