What is Planning Live?
Planning Live uses person-centred planning principles to spark vital conversations about the future.
It was developed by NDTi Associate Jon Ralphs to help young people with the transition from childhood to adulthood.
It helps young people dream, aspire, and set meaningful goals for life after school.

- A fun, creative, and interactive session introducing the Planning Live tool.
- Practical ideas to build confidence and communication skills.
- Guidance for families and professionals on person-centred planning approaches.
