In 2020, NDTi renewed a series of person-centred planning materials as part of our provision of the Preparing for Adulthood programme; before using these materials, please read this introduction as well as the guidelines provided with each tool.
Person-centred planning has been used in the United Kingdom since the early 1980s, among families and community and academic organisations.
