We’re excited to share this brilliant video from Action On Disability and Hammersmith & Fulham Council, created as part of the Internships Work programme. In it, Troy, a supported intern graduate, shares what it’s really like to take part in a supported internship.
Troy answers the kinds of questions young people and families often ask, offering real insight into the day‑to‑day experience, the support on offer, and how the programme helped him grow in confidence. He also shares some standout moments from his journey, including the unforgettable opportunity to work backstage at live concerts.
