About the Project

The National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) in partnership with Children in Scotland and Contact are launching Time to Talk Next Steps Scotland, a pilot project to explore what works to support young people with additional needs as they transition into adulthood.

This one-year pilot, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, will build on nationally identified needs in Scotland to improve transitions. The pilot will be informed by coproduction with young people, parents and carers in Scotland, as well as learning from NDTi's Time to Talk Next Steps project in England which is providing virtual support to young people with additional needs.

How to Get Involved

Direct support will run over six months (July 2022 to December 2022) and we will start allocating places from August 2022. For more information about this project and how to request support, please visit Children in Scotland's project page.
