Inclusive research that strengthens services and communities

Values-led research that informs service design, amplifies lived experience, and supports inclusive practice across social care, health and education.

About

We deliver robust, coproduced research that supports better services and inclusive communities. From interviews to surveys and participatory and creative methods, our work reflects real experiences and delivers actionable insights. We work with providers, academics and people with lived experience to ensure the outcomes we capture are meaningful and impactful.

Delivery explained

Turning research into impact

We understand people and communities and translate research findings in a meaningful and impactful way.

Collaborating from start to finish

Coproduction is central to our approach and we work with stakeholders at all stages, from design through to delivery.

Empowering lived experience

We can train people with lived experience to help them develop the skills to be involved as research partners, which helps make the issues and outcomes we capture even more meaningful.

Flexible, policy-savvy project support

Our team understands policy, budgets, programme management and service delivery. We are just as happy working on small projects as we are on the big stuff with academic partners.

Let's talk

We believe the best work starts with a conversation. If you’re thinking about research, talk to us.

We’ll listen, think with you, and help you find a way forward.
