He co-founded and developed his own small supports organisation, eLIVEate Care and Support, in 2020 who are now successfully supporting a small number of people living in their own homes in the Plymouth area.
Tom is passionate about person-centred support and is an advocate of personalised budgets, as he feels that this provides more choice and control and places the person and their families at the centre of everything as the true commissioners of their individual services.
In his spare time, Tom is football enthusiast and coaches a local youth team as well as having the misfortune of being a loyal Evertonian!
