With over 25 years in education, Sarah is a passionate ‘inclusionist’ who has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. She has led inclusive curriculum design, specialist provision and system-wide change across further education, working closely with local authorities and national bodies to turn inclusive ambition into practical impact.
An experienced senior leader, Sarah is known for developing teams, challenging systems and championing belonging through thoughtful, people-centred leadership. She is especially motivated by growing the next generation of inclusionists and believes that great inclusion starts with curiosity, kindness and high expectations.
Sarah is proud to join NDTi as a trustee and is excited to contribute to work that puts lived experience, collaboration and social justice at the heart of change.
