Our Youth Inclusion Partners are young people with lived and living experience, who support us in our work around children and young people.
Sam is an autistic expert by experience who has spent their life fighting to improve autistic education and services in Scotland.
As a Youth Inclusion Partner Sam works with us to create a truly inclusive environment for autistic and queer people. Their work includes but is not limited to providing advice on and writing resources and helping to run training/groups. Sam provides an autistic and queer perspective, being bisexual and agender themselves. To reduce isolation of peers, Sam set up and runs hobby groups online and table top role play games (TTRPG) groups for disabled people and their families.
