She has over 15 years’ experience of management and administration in the public and private sectors, with keen understanding on how important effective operational practice is to support people. Niyoti is passionate about focusing on people and how systems and processes can support us all to be, and do, our best. She most recently worked in the educational field, managing a busy administration and reception office in a large school serving under-supported communities.
