Lou has over thirty years’ experience in adult social care and related fields, including housing and health. She started her career as a carer before moving into project development, organisational management and strategic leadership. Since 2008 she has worked as a freelance consultant, trainer and facilitator.
With a background in counselling and further training in Relationship Systems Theory and the Thinking Environment, Lou specialises in the human side of organisational change. She supports leaders and teams to understand how values, behaviours and unconscious patterns shape their effectiveness and the outcomes they want to achieve.
