Harry is also principal officer for inclusion at Speakup in Rotherham, a people-led organisation run by and for people with a learning disability and autistic people. He has worked across local authorities and organisations with a strong focus on co-production and lived experience. At Speakup, he co-leads on regional and national projects; working with a team of over 30 experts by experience employed to deliver multiple programmes of work including the Oliver McGowan training for South Yorkshire.
Harry is also a co-founder and co-lead of Employment is for Everyone, a movement promoting inclusive employment. He has held roles in project management, prevention, and developing community enterprises, and holds an MRes in social research methods.
Outside work, he enjoys time with his daughter and their energetic sausage dog.
