Fran has over ten years’ experience in policy and advocacy oriented research and evaluation. At NDTi, Fran is responsible for managing and delivering a variety of evaluation and learning partnerships and contracts.
Fran’s background is in the international development sector where she spent a lot of her time working on humanitarian system reform and how to shift power and resources to people most affected by crisis. She has conducted policy and programme evaluations for a wide range of clients including UN agencies and the EU.
Fran is skilled in developing mixed methods approaches and she is passionate about helping others to understand and communicate the difference they are making.
When not at work, she can normally be found running after her toddler or, given the opportunity, hiking on Dartmoor.
