This includes working together on identifying, planning and delivering new areas of work and projects and, with our other executive director Sally Richens and the wider leadership team, on how NDTi can be most creative, impactful and sustainable. He has worked in development and leadership roles in the public and voluntary sectors for over 25 years where the majority of his focus has been on the provision of supports for people to live in their community.
Bill’s working focus includes:
1) Working alongside people who use, provide and lead services, where he is constantly reminded of the need for and power of great ideas, honest conversations and doing things differently, sometimes very differently.
2) Taking his own experiences, and those of people around him, to change the direction of and pace of change in public services, which is frequently frustrating.
Bill also sits on our board of trustees.
