Alice loves the fact that every day at NDTi is different! She leads our Time to Talk Steps programme and she is regional lead for the Internships Work programme in the South West, and Yorkshire and Humberside. Alice started her career as a play worker. The principles of community development and playfulness remain at the heart of her work to include children and young people and families. She is an adoptive parent and mum of a young person with additional support needs. She is an advocate for celebrating the small steps as well as the big changes in family life.
When not at work Alice can often be found outdoors, when possible, at the top of a mountain with her trusty hound!
