Where People Live
Where people live is a crucial part of their life and their personal identity. Where you live influences your sense of community and ‘belonging’, and having choice and control over options for housing should be a core human right.
The NDTi is able to offer a range of support in relation to Where People Live including:
- Development of multi agency housing and support pathways
- Personalising existing block contracts or traditionally modelled provision
- Promoting understanding of the importance of personalised housing and support arrangements, the range of options available and how to support individuals to maximise those choices.
- Providing training in social inclusion to targeted groups of staff, such as housing staff or support staff
