Co-production in social care: what is it and how to do it - New SCIE Guidance
Co-production is a key concept in the development of public services. It has the potential to make an important contribution to all of the big challenges that face social care services.
The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) has co-produced a guide to what co-production is and how to develop co-productive approaches to working with people who use services and carers. It is aimed at managers and commissioners, frontline practitioners and people who use services and carers.
You can download each of the documents below or on the right-hand side (whilst the SCIE website is being updated).
