Leadership development for public sector, community and provider organisations, and their established and aspiring leaders.
An opportunity for leadership teams within an organisation to learn together and work together.
The programme is based on years of experience of working alongside public sector, community and provider organisations.
We offer a unique blend of established and emerging leadership theory and practice. This sits aside a solid experience and understanding of the sector’s work, opportunities and challenges.
Team members will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues whilst:
- exploring and developing their own knowledge,
- developing peer support,
- building team spirit, and
- exploring what the team stands for, their values and shared purpose.
The core programme includes:
- A detailed focus on the foundations of leadership, personal style and achieving change.
- A human rights based approach to leadership.
- Resilience and a positive psychology approach to leadership.
- Brave leadership with authenticity, courage and trust.
- Influencing and working in partnership with others.
- Coproduction, engagement and team/community leadership and decision making.
Delivery
Delivery weaves together presentations, guest speakers, group work, individual reflection and action planning.
Each programme can be delivered in person as two two-day events, online as eight sessions, or through blended approaches.
The programme is designed for up to 20 people. It’s best if participants have something in common in their work. This might be the organisation whey work for, a region or roles.

We have extensive experience delivering a range of leadership programmes. We are commissioned by diverse organisations across the UK. This includes large and small statutory and voluntary sector organisations who support a wide range of different people and client groups.
We continually update our programme to reflect sector changes.
