Time to Connect Liverpool Gathering

Learn, share and celebrate all that has been achieved through Time to Connect over the last 2 1/2 years!

Book your place here

Over the last 2 ½ years, Time to Connect has explored how to enable people with learning disabilities and older people living in care settings, to be part of their communities. To connect, make friendships and contribute to the communities and neighbourhoods around them improving their quality of life. NDTi, in partnership with Timebanking UK, a number of time banks and support provider organisations, have, developed staff skills, created changes and ultimately, helped more people be active and connected. The timebanking concept has provide a structure of time exchange encouraging involvement and enabling people to give as well as receive support.

This event is a chance to celebrate the stories that have been generated, and learn about what helped to make these changes. We will also reflect on the challenges faced, and consider ideas for going forward which address these and build on what works.

If you are a community organisation, a commissioner, a support provider, a time bank, or anyone else interested in ensuring that older or learning disabled people have great life opportunities, then this is for you.
