NHS England conference - Better health for people with learning disabilities
Tuesday 20th June 2017.
This conference is for all people interested in better health and better lives for people with learning disabilities.
This includes commissioners of learning disabilities and mainstream health and social care services, health and social care practitioners including public health, people with learning disabilities and families.
The conference will include lots of practical ideas and examples that you can take away and use locally.
