You can find out more about the programme on our website here.

With ongoing support and encouragement, our Delivery Lead will deliver of a range of workshops that promote strengths based practice and community connections. If you have experience and understanding of adult social care or health, of the benefits of strengths based supports in building community connections and independent, and have an ability to communicate this in ways that inspire others, we would love to hear from you.
