Our work promotes equal life opportunities for everybody in our communities, across all ages. Our projects include health equalities, access to housing and independence at home, paid work opportunities and community inclusion.

Ageing and Autism: A BIG conversation

We have created this space for older autistic people to share their worries and their hopes about their lives in the hope of building a conversation around what it means to be growing old as an autistic person.

Autism Programme

Our work is led and shaped by Autistic Experts and Associates lived and professional experience of neurodiversity which is still very much misunderstood in health, social care and education settings.

Older People's Sounding Board

NHS England and NHS Improvement’s (NHSEI) Sounding Board, hosted by NDTi, is a group of 25 people over the age of 50 who provide valuable ‘critical friend’ input into NHSEI’s work.
