Change that leads to better lives

Join us in celebrating Advocacy Awareness Week (AAW19) looking at the power and impact that all types of advocacy have on people’s lives.

#AAW19 also gives us time to explore and communicate some of the pressing issues facing the future of advocacy in helping peoples voices be heard.

How to get involved:

Whether you’re an advocacy organisation, an advocate or a person who has benefitted from advocacy we’d love to hear your story. Share, blogs, videos, news stories pictures and case studies online using the hashtags #AAW19 #hearmyvoice

Here at NDTi we are going to be focusing on the theme of DEMONSTRATING IMPACT – we all know this is something that we need to continue to get better at, so if you have examples how you already do this brilliantly or ideas about how we in the sector can get better, then do get in touch!

Every year in October, the Annual National Advocacy Conference and awards are organised by Kate Mercer Training. These events are the perfect opportunity for over 250 of us to come together to push ourselves to learn more and to celebrate those that are leading the way in helping people’s voices be heard. NDTi's Advocacy and Voice lead, Gail Petty, and some of the QPM team are looking forward to meeting you there and participating in the fantastic discussions that will help us drive forward developments in the sector.
