We are looking for passionate people with fresh voices and experiences to join our Board who can help us continue to strive for social change. Through our change and development work, research and evaluation and best practice resources, we help organisations rethink what’s possible and turn it into sustainable change that leads to better lives for the people who live in our communities.

About you

You don’t need to have previous board experience, and we particularly welcome applications from young people, people from diverse backgrounds and people with lived experience who represent the diversity in our communities. All we ask is for an unwavering commitment to our values and to social inclusion.

Additionally, we’re looking for people with significant experience in the following:

• Research and evaluation
• Reach and influence
• Society, people & places
• Growing up well
