Philippa Chapman

Philippa is a self employed consultant in the health, local authority and third sector with a successful 20 year track record.

She has significant experience in the evaluation of services provided by voluntary and statutory organisations and local health and social care systems; engaging service users in evaluation and overall service reviews. She has also been instrumental in creating the SEEDs movement to support survivors of domestic abuse across the South West.
