Families We believe that families are essential partners in taking forward change. Our work includes:
- A major project funded by ‘Dimensions’ to explore how families can be effective partners in the personalisation agenda
- A range of initiatives around ‘Circles of Support’

Commissioning Better commissioning is at the heart of most of our work themes. Specific projects on commissioning include:
- The Commissioner Development programme – a six-module personal development opportunity (insert link)
- The production of on-line commissioner learning materials for the National Skills Academy of Social Care (insert link when the work is finished in a few moths time)
- A methodology for reviewing whether commissioner actions are helping to promote and achieve social inclusion for health and social care service users

People’s Voice The voice of disabled and older people is central to all our work, examples of work we are doing includes:

- Support across the eastern Region to promote the voice of people and families in local Partnership Boards

Health Health services need to be personalised and support people’s community inclusion as much as any other element of public services. Two particular areas of interest for NDTi are:
