Client Groups

We look on people as citizens, but we also know that sometimes people need additional supports or considerations linked to their particular disability or age. Many public services are planned and organized on the basis of ‘client group’ labels and so we partly organize our work programmes on that basis. Types of Work

  • Development Consultancy . For when you need access to expertise in change management and the introduction of new ways of working
  • Training . Training and personal development for staff an managers around the introduction of new ways of working and policy innovation
  • Research and Evaluation . Our evaluation team can help develop understanding and evidence based knowledge about policy and service delivery
  • Events . Often in partnership wit other organisations, we have a programme of conferences and workshops to help share the learning from our work
