Northern Ireland Changing Ageing Partnership

The Voices of Older People in Northern Ireland

The National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) are conducting a survey to find out how and whether the voices of older people are heard in Northern Ireland and whether and how the Changing Ageing Partnership (CAP) is making a difference to the lives of older people. We would be grateful if you would fill in this survey and return it to us in the prepaid envelope provided. All of the information you give will be treated confidentially and reported anonymously.
